Hawaii meets Tennessee in this Foliage Filled Wedding

Beau and Clark came to me as a referral through another one of my incredible couples. Their October 2020 wedding was postponed due to the pandemic and they were finally able to celebrate their love and tie the lei the following summer.

Although their wedding plans were delayed, their vision never waivered. With their family roots in Hawaii and Tennessee, they wanted to showcase themselves in their design and the immensely talented AHR Florals did exactly that by highlighting tropical stems and spanish moss.

Their Ceremony Processional was opened by a sweet and rhythmic hula that set the tone for heartfelt vows that ended in happy tears. The Grooms exchanged wedding bands and vibrant custom leis before recessing down the aisle as husband and husband.

Their sweetheart table was a lush jungle of monstrous monsteras, leaves of magnificent magnolia, hanging heliconia and two king protea in honor of the two grooms. To keep with the fresh green palette, even artichokes were featured. The only florals to make an appearance were fragrant bouquets of tuberose for their wedding party and a sprinkle of orchids on the Grooms’ table and puffs of limelight hydrangea in their ceremony arch.
